Hi all, We would appreciate it if you could take the time to read and hopefully support Hayden frost , who has been falsely convicted. Hayden has been sentenced to 32 years for a crime he did not commit.
Hayden Frost is a 26 year old male, who was 25 years of age at the time of this incident. He is the oldest of 3 siblings, he was his grandads full–time carer due to him having; Heart disease, Emphysema, Angina, High blood pressure, Melanoma, Spondylitis and a possibility of Bowel cancer to.His little brother O’Shea is a sickle-cell carrier, migraine variant and has a possibility of Panayiotopoulos syndrome. O,Shea is also under review for ADHD and Autism. Hayden is a big support to both his Grandad & little brother, people say he is more like a father figure to O’Shea.
Here we will go through it from the very start …
On the 21st September 2023, our family home was forcefully entered by armed police whilst on a pre – booked family holiday.My household security cameras had been switched off without consent and police stated they would be switched back on after the search had taken place. My household and all my families belongings had been ransacked and destroyed, which I have evidence of.Prior to this incident, the police had visited my property 5 times within 3 months with a warrant, which as a family we felt as though we were being harassed for no reason. Each search resulted in them leaving empty handed due to finding absolutely nothing. The 6th search that took place on the 21st of September 2023 found them leaving with a black man bag, which when analysed by the evidence team, had nothing to do with the incident.
Sadly, for me and my family our home was left unsecured as the police had removed my garage door and rear door.
On the day we arrived home from our family holiday, Hayden presented himself at Stechford Police Station, where he was arrested and remanded in custody for the charge of attempted murder, although in court the police stated he was arrested from his home address ( more false information ). Haydens charge later got dropped to a Section18 with intent to cause fear of violence, but then for no reason got put back up to attempted murder a couple of weeks before his trial was due to start. The Police had initially put a warrant out for Hayden due to the victim saying it was “ Haych from Laburnum Avenue” in his statement. During the trial, the prosecution began to say that because our family was on holiday, so therefore not present at our property, this was also suspicion for Hayden being the defendant, and would have given him time to hide or destroy evidence but as stated previously, our family was on a pre booked holiday.
Hayden underwent 3 interviews which he stated “ no comment” to, which he was advised to by his legal team. He also went in for bail which he was denied, even though he has no previous charges.
During Court it was mentioned that Hayden presented himself with no property apart from two lighters when attending Stechford Police Station which the prosecution noted was suspicious? The Prosecution then mentioned they also seized 2 mobile phones and arrested Hayden from the home address. Which again makes no sense. The police say he was arrested from home but then acknowledged the fact he was also in Stechford police station?
Moving on to the trial…
The trial that commenced was a Jury run trial, which instead of it being a 12 person Jury it was a 11 person Jury due to Jury number 12 wrongly sitting in court 1’s waiting room rather than the Jurys assembly room trying to “make his own personal investigation” – Judges words, by him listening to the families private conversation. Also, Jury person number 6 fell asleep throughout the first 2 days of the trial, which the whole room picked up on, including the Judge.
There was a few particles of evidence that the police pinpointed to Hayden, these being; CCTC evidence and cell - cite.
The CCTV that was presented in the trial had been notified as being ; “grainy”, “hard to make out” and all in all just “unclear”.
The victim, in his statement, which he hade 3 of, all stating different things explained that the defendant was wearing black gloves at the time that the shooting took place, whereas the footage shows the shooter being ungloved during the incident. In the CCTV, a distinctive E-bike was made as part of vital evidence. This bike being BLUE. The police had linked this bike to Hayden. However during a search of our family home, a receipt was found for an E–bike, but stated Hayden’s bike wasSILVER. A man bag was also seen in CCTV. A bag was retrieved from my families home which again, was ruled out as part of evidence in the investigation.
The witnesses in this trial were 2 police officers, as the victim did NOT show up.
One of the officers stood up and took to the witness stand, and in a small summary was asked if she could be sure that the defendant was the shooter, in which she replied sheCOULD NOT be 100% sure as again all evidence they had, was unreliable. This being; CCTV, cell – cite, witness statements and home searches etc. During parts of the CCTV a figure was seen walking towards the proximity of the area in which Haydens home is, however could not be pin pointed or was never seen entering or leaving Haydens property. The family home is located in a residential area surrounded by houses, alleyways and go – through roads.
During the trial, there were two expertise alongside the witnesses. These two being ballistics experts and cel-cite experts. The cell-cite expert explained two mobile numbers had been picked up on, both owned by Hayden. However, then went on to say that the mobile numbers retrieved couldn’t pin point Hayden to the scene of the shooting or the locations within this incident, only to which mast it was picked up on. Baring in mind, the location of the incident was nearby to Hayden's home, giving you more of a clear vision as to why his mobile numbers would’ve been picked up on the same cell–cite mast.
Going on to the ballistics expert, he said he couldn’t be sure between 3 firearms, due to lack of evidence and the unclear CCTV, but however then went on to say it was more like a semi – automatic pistol. Even though the victim had stated it was a “glock” type firearm which in the ballistic experts 3 possibilities, wasn’t one of them. The judge picked up on the fact that a semi – automatic pistol would’ve dispersed of its cartridges, however there was none ever found, or no CCTV to prove any had been picked up or collected. The judge also picked up on the fact this incident would’ve had to be performed by an experienced gunman.
Below I am now going to summarise all of our main points to give you more of an idea of the discrepancies in this case.
•In all 6 home searches, nothing relevant to the investigation was found.•The victim stated the shooter was 5’3, where as Hayden is 5’7.•The victim stated that the shooter was wearing black gloves however the CCTC shown the shooter wearing no gloves.•The victim said it was a “glock” type fire arm where as the ballistic expert said it was more likely to be a semi – automatic pistol.•The CCTV shown a BLUE bike however a receipt for silver bike was found.•In 1000’s of hours of CCTV, the shooters face was NEVER shown.•Hayden could NEVER be pin pointed to the shooting, neither any of the locations involved in the incident.•Due to the victim stating he could only see the “whites of his eyes” tells us he couldn’t even be sure of the shooters race.•NO witnesses and even the victim also could NOT be sure that the shooter was Hayden.
