What You Will Be Doing

Basic Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any subject
• Experience performing at an elite level (Division 1 sports, Presidential Scholar, etc.)
• High level of energy and a desire to boost others up
• A desire to connect, inspire, and motivate K-8th grade students
• Legal right to work in the US without visa sponsorship
• Willingness to work in-person in Austin, TX

Working with CrossoverThis is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
